But my question is what should i mention in Form 1A, Subsidiary of Foreign Co., or Indian Non- govt Co.,? 

u should mention "subsidiary of foreign company" in form 1A.

Thanks Mr Sangram, is there any special procedure to be followed in case of WOS of foreign co.

I mean i know that MOA & AOA of foreign co. has to be attested & submitted while applying for incorporation.

In most of the cases i have found that the WOS of foreign co, are registered as Indian Non govt co.,

Is there any different procedure to be followed if we mention as subsidiary of foreign co,

When is it a WOS of foreign, then why did ROC approve registration as Indian Non Govt Co.,

Or is this category newly added in the form 1A
