IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FROM ICAI for ONLINE EXAM FORM APPLICANTS:
Please re-download the PDF online form which you submitted online, check and ensure that Control Number, Bar code and Payment Particulars are appearing correctly and then send the signed form by post to ICAI. Institute has advised to check these particulars.
When I did the same as aforesaid, I found that the CONTROL NO. appearing on my form has changed. Good that I had not mailed the form. I presume that the Revised form with the changed Control No. should be mailed and not the earlier one. (ICAI's technical fault yet again).
PLEASE CHECK WHETHER THE ABOVE PARTICULARS ARE CORRECT & MATCHING IN YOUR CASE.
