Hi Ajay, can u tell me that u need scope of "Road Infrastructure " in which context? is it for Income tax? As per Explanation to section 80-IA a road including toll road , bridge or a rail system. So i dont think bus shelter will fall in the scope of Road Infrastructure.

hi Siddarth actly i want to knw the meaning of road shelters in respact of Infrastructure. i am working on a project and the querry from the client is whether these are public amenties and provided by munucipality of that particular city or is it necessary to manufacture road shelters while during manufacturing the road ? the other point is ECB's [External Commercial Borrowings] are available for road infrastructure but is thes are available for Bus Shelters ?
