Urgent -excise liability

Dear friends,

The office in which i am working has crossed the threshold limit of 150 lacs in FY 2011-12. the Turnover last year is 49 Lacs(FY 2010-11)

Now, it does not have an Excise Registration. It manufactures a completely excisable product.

What should the company do now?
