CAN A PERSON SEND GOODS TO HIS CONSIGNEE IN DELHI WITHOUT CHARGING VAT ON IT SITTING ITSELF IN DELHI ?

If you are a registered user, every thing is compulsary.

VAT will be charges for same state transactions & CST for inter-state.

I MEAN , IS THERE NO PROVISION LIKE F FORM SO THAT GOODS CAN BE TRANSFERD WITHOUT VAT TO CONSIGNEE BY A PERSON RESIDING IN THE SAME STATE

there is no such provision

if buyer and seller are different that we have to charge DVAT

concept of form F comes in existance when we send goods other state and owner is same in Delhi and also in that other state.
