I'm a CA Final student residing in Dubai. I wanted to know what is the procedure for joining the Bcom (distant education course) with Ignou i.e, what are the documents required in addition to the appliacation form ? Are these required to be attested by Chairman of ICAI Dubai branch ? Also, are any stamped envelops or post cards required ? is it possible to send a post to the head office/regional centre instead of travelling to India ? If so, the address ?
