Urgent advice required
By mistake, I have misplaced both the copies (office copy and student copy) of Form 103. Is it possible for me to get a copy of the same from the Institute? If yes, what's the procedure?

In case you need registration letter of CA final and articleship you can download from icai website
Thanks for your reply, Mr. Ansh but I am referring to the signed and stamped copy submitted to the Institute on which the Institute has stamped the receipt date.
You will have to go to the institute and find out.
Generally after registration, you get a letter from ICAI confirming the registration.
That letter is important and not the form.
