I am registered as an articled assitant in Western Region. Basically i am from Central Region.
One Year has not been completed from the date of registration. I want to take transfer in Central Region.
Where Should I submit Form 109 in this case???? Bombay or Kanpur??
And what documents should be submitted along with Form 109???
Since u have been registered for articleship in western region der4 u have to submit form 109 to WIRC alongwith ur articleship identity card and for re-registration of articleship, u have to submit form 103 to central region.
