n yes u cn do Mcom.....

Submit 112 to ICAI and  u have to do M Com externally

practically speaking if you are doing M Com (or any other PG Course for that matter) in a Distance education programme/correspondence,  you can do without submitting any form. Because ICAI cannot easily identify whether the students who have not submitted form 112 are not doing any course. 

But if you are doing it in Regular, submit and go by rules.
