i wrong fill form as a non assesee registration in service tax registration so what is procedure for amend the registration or fill st-1 again

Fill St-1 Again properly, and take priv\nt out of acknowledgement and contact with range officer of service tax department...it will be done...you can say him about your previous incidents.
