If i want to know the details of the subsidiary company of any company then how where will i found te details of the subsidiary in the annual report or the financial statements of any company ?

If you are seeing the consolidated financila statemnts of any company then you can find them. or else as per Sec.212 of companies act 1956, there is a statement to be reported, so you can find the details in that, or Notes provided for Investments can be seen for the same.I think more than these options will be there, wait for others comments too.
u can find the annual report of subsidiary co. as annexed seperately in the annual report of the holding co.
In the consolidated financial statements you're most likely to get the names of subsidiary company(ies).
Secondly suppose if you're auditing any company and there you want to know the same then you can directly ask the management to provide you with the details.
