Is there any more amendments in ISCA for Nov 15??
whether I should go for classes or not??

Portion for Nov 15 attempt will be as updated by the Institute up to 6 months prior.
i wil not recmmend any coaching right now... specially for ISCA... you must join this subject around april and may so that wthin 3-3.5 months u wil finish it and also wil b updated with the updated materials and courses
ISCA is a technical subject. The concept and the language both are new.
To excel in this subject, you need multiple revisions. Also sitting long hours becomes a challenge.
Thus in my opinion the earlier you join, the better opportunity for you to revise and excel.
Plus updating onself with the ammendments can always be done later.
I think there will be no change as syllabus is revised for Nov 14 and it will not change so early you should start reading module of icai which is enough for isca.
