You can re-print the challan by ur transaction ID from ur bank site by going through the link of DVAT site given on home page of Bank .

Mr. Sanjay, i am not aware about the complete procedure, Sorry for this.

But as per my knowledge , Every Bank provide the facility to get the acknowledgement of TAX paid within the prescribed time period.

Please explore ur Net banking account , u will get the option Somewhere.
