For general traders, like they purchase tiles from URD dealer or any other raw material (Query on RCM under GST)

- It's for outward supplies. Not for inward supplies...

Yes registered person (as Reqular )is liable to Charge & collect GST from Receptient & same need to be deposited.

Dear Manish

Yes offcourse it will increase the cost to customer...But once you are registered in term of Section 25(3) in GST all the provision of Act is applicable.
And As per Section 32 URD is not allowed to collect Tax from Cistomer
