we want to sale to party registered in Uttar Pradesh but party wants from us to deliver the material outside UP to his job worker, is that possible in upvat ! if possible please tell the necessary compliance in this respect

P.S. tax charged will be CST or UP

made invoice in the name of that registered dealer and delivery send it to job worker who is out side up if you are also registered in up than you charged vat other wise you charged cst and you required a road permite form Form 38 which is issued by purchaser.
