The assessment order u/s 143(3) was passed on 31.03.2014. it was also uploaded on the Income Tax Website on 31-03-2014. However, it was served on the assessee on 19.05.2014.
is uploading on the website a means of communication/ service of the notice upon the assessee ?

What do you mean by uploaded on the Income tax website. I am yet to see a process whereby a 143(3) order is uploaded in the Website. Normally only 143(1) orders of CPC are uploaded on the Website!!??
