Updation in basic details

Dear Bhaumik,

For updating the details like Address, number etc you need to write application to ICAI office. Following is the address--
ICAI TOWER, Plot NO. C-40, 'G' Block,
Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai-400 051

Or you can send it to the Regional Offices of ICAI depending where you stay.

No specific format. Address the application to Secretary, ICAI and just write down the things you want to update in ICAI records and send it to above address. And you're done!

And if both are possible the is 2nd one is better?

You need to write down the application mentioning the required details. And then it depends on you whether to post it or go there personally and hand over it. If the office is nearby your residence then go personally otherwise post it! Its your choice!

Yes you can submit at DCO office too.
