SEBI has amended the Listing Agreement vide its circular dated 16/12/2010. Accordingly, there are major changes in the listing agreement in various clauses. Simultaniously 2 more clauses were added to the Listing Agreement. Accordingly there are now 54 clauses to the Listing Agreement.
