Hi,
IT HAS BEEN ICORPORATED IN THE DEFINITION OF "SALE" UNDER SECTION 2 (ac) OF THE U.P. VAT ACT, 2007 AND SHALL BE TREATED AS SALES AND LIABLE TO VAT .

In my previous mail UP VAT ACT,2007 may please be read as U.P. VAT ACT,2008 which came in to effect from 01.01.2008.
