Previliged to be honured to submit my query. We are a Manufacturers of Formulations of Human Drugs with 100% EOU operating since 2005 without DTA Sales so far. We have an accumulated Cenvat Credit (RM & CG) wish to get refund from dept/ utilize towards Export Sales eventhough exempted.
Please advise us how to proceed with which procedure to get back our Cenvat Credit in cash either by Refund/Rebate Claims.
