No . Time period for calming itc for 17-18 has been expired . U can not take itc claim of 17-18 in gstr- 3b.
whether you want to avail or utilise the portion of ITC already availed in the GST Portal?
Missed ITC of FY 2017-2018 can not be claimed in FY 2019-2020 even though GSTR 9 is pending.
However unutilized ITC available in credit ledger can be utilized against output GST liability of FY 2019-2020.
