Dear Sir

how much unsecured loan we get from a single person in a cash mode please suggest .

200000 rupees should be received in a single day. But if you're repaying loan then 20000 rupees Should be paid in cash in a single day u/s 269

Section 269ST prohibits any person to receive an amount of Rs. 2 lakh and above in cash: (i) In aggregate from a person in a day, or (ii) In a single transaction, or (iii) In respect of transactions relating to one event or occasion from a person
