CAN A PRIVATE LIMITED ACCEPT UNSECURED LOAN FROM DIRECTOR CUM SHAREHOLDER AND PAY INTEREST TO THEM?

IS THERE ANY OTHER RESTRICTION ON THE SAME?

Pvt can take unsecured loan from director no restriction

however board compliance and ROC DPT form to be filed.
