unregistered is consider b2c as he was end consumer to register dealer..

register dealer jab sale karega unreg purchaser ko toh wo uske liye end consumer mana jayega. ab chaiye unregister purchaser sale kare ya ghar m. koi tax ni le payega..

ha lakin agr unregister purchaser registered ko buyer ko sale kiya toh registered buyer k upar reverse charge mechanism lagega. ab smjhe sir ji.

it means unregistered seller gives bill to costumer without apply any tax ? he only issue a invoice not any tax invoice ?
