Unknown person using Pan of others
one of the client has given there Pan & Aadhar for opening new income tax portal id.while processing it shows the Pan is already registered.but the client didn't know about the number & mail id given the portal.Give some advice how to proceed on the above issue.

Quick Summary
Change the pasword, through AADHAR OTP, Update all details , like phone number, mail , address ect.. keep pasword very confidential....
I have tired already but the OTP he is not receiving it
Check aadhar linked phone number in uidai website, which phone number is linked...
