We cannot refine the search results unless we know some of the keywords of the forum we are searching. If you know the keywords of the forum you wants to search, then you can use the following search option given at the end of this web page:

The best way is to bookmark the webpage on CAclub that you come across and if you feel it useful for the future. then you have to add the bookmark for future as all above members are already suggest you. And for your last thread, that you have to find out manually.
