My father is a retired employee and he has been receiving EPS-95 pension of ₹2900/month and he is also wants to exit from NPS.
Is EPS-95 and NPS annuity allowed for Standard deduction of ₹50000 ?

Yes. SD can be claimed from monthly pension annuity.
