Under RTI Act can one see the answer scriptts of examination if we are dissatisfied with the results??
No one is giving concrete answers! Delhi HC says yes it is our fundamental right, so we can see, but I called up the Institute's Kolkata office...they said NO!
Kindly advise!
Yes you can see but no one is knowing the procedure. Try by e mailing the president. May be he will reply. His id is president @ icai.org They will forward your query to related person. Then you will have to follow up. Try it once.

ICAI has obtained stay against the order of Delhi Highcourt .
But who has given this stay?? There's no mention of Supreme Court for the same anywhere!
