can i take unclaimed ITC of FY 2019-2020 present in 2A missed to claim by me in FEB 2021 GSTR-3B

Since this deadline has long passed, it is not possible to claim the unclaimed ITC for the financial year 2019-2020 in your current or any future GSTR-3B filings. The law mandates strict adherence to these timelines, and no provisions currently exist to retrospectively claim ITC for that period.
