Uncharged service tax

Service tax on rent of commercial property, rent exceeding 10Laks p.a , have not been charged since past 10 years by an individual. S.T registration has been obtained in 2014. What is the way out now? How can the same be charged and for what period?

dont think of charging it for previous yrs because it will create a huge tax liability and also the person who has already paid rent wont be giving an extra penny for previous yrs. Kindly take registration now and start charging s.tax from now onwards
sorry that i missed the point that regn. has already been taken in 2014. however my answer wont change, start charging s. tax from current yr only and leave previous yrs.
And what In case if there's any order or scrutiny with respect to the uncharged amount of the past 5 years atleast? Can the amount be collected in installments from the tenant?? Any provision with regard to generation of a supplementary invoice with regards to the same?
in thay case, previous yrs rent will be said to be inclusive of s.tax and you will have to calculate s.tax liability, intt and penalty payable thereon and then pay to the credit of govt. a/c. there is no prov., as i can recall for generation of supplementary invoice for prev. yr in current fy.
