Please tell me steps to recover password on incometaxindiaefiling.com. When I click on FORGOT PASSWORD option, it asked me what is your mothers maiden name, which is I also forgot. I am first time user of incometaxindiaefiling.com and also first time want to file ITR.....

Dear Amit Kumar,
If you are not able to reset password with either of the 3 options given by forgot password link,
then send mail to validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in. With details of NAME, PAN, ADDRESS & MAIL ID.
You will get new password within 24 or 48 working hrs.
