While trying to do the efiling (ITR2) u/s 115BAC, getting the following error at the last stage (during verification).
"Option for new tax regime u/s 115BAC cannot be opted after due date of filing of return mentioned u/s 139(1)"
But the due date is extended now till 30th September. Will this be updated?
