UNABLE TO RETRIEVE PASSWORD FOR A TAN

I work in a PSU and the efilling access here was given to an outsider, who has his name in the person responsible for returns section and also holds the email and otp mobile number and is refusing to give us the details and has changed the password.

Since I work here, I have any necessary details that might be needed for password retrieval. Please tell if there is a way to do that.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a critical issue where an external individual has changed the password for a Public Sector Undertaking's (PSU) e-filing access, refusing to provide the new credentials. The original poster, working within the PSU, seeks a method to retrieve the password, possessing all necessary authorisation. A suggested solution involves visiting the IT or TAN office with official PSU documentation to update contact details and regain control.

i think you need to visit IT or TAN office with letter with stamp of PSU and authorisation letter  with stamp to change email and mobile number of PSU, if mobile already in name of PSU then get new SIM. via that you can change email

it is similear changing your comunication details in bank when you change mobile or email
