Unable to renew dsc of a director

Hi to all frineds, I have a client named Rahul. He was director in a company during 2008 to 2010. During this period he got his DIN approved by MCA. Today he wants to start an LLP for which we have to update/re-register his DSC at MCA portal. But while trying to register the MCA portal sends error message that information filled by You does not match with information in DIN application made by you previously. Now we do not have any way to get old information because the CA who filled his DIN application is not having this old information. Nor client is aware what was information provided that time. Is there any way to get this old information? Or any other way to Re-Register DSC? Please guide.
