Unable to find form 16a

Dear Experts,
 While filing tax return i can see ITR-1 needs details of interest earned on Fixed Deposits (TDS).
 ITR-1 is asking for Unique TDS certificate no.

Online website from HDFC bank just redirects me to  Traces website ( https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/ ) i can see form 26AS and TDS deducted. But i do not see Form 16A (which should be in downloads section).

Now the question is how to fill section "Unique TDS certificate no."  in ITR-1 form.
