Unable to fill form 102&103

To resolve issues with filing Forms 102 and 103 on the ICAI SSP portal, it is important to first ensure you meet the fundamental eligibility criteria. Under the current ICAI regulations, you must have successfully cleared at least one group of the CA Intermediate examination and completed the mandatory ICITSS (ITT and Orientation Course) training before you can register for articleship.

If you are receiving a pop-up or error regarding your results, please consider the following steps:

• Verify Eligibility: Ensure your results and ICITSS completion status are updated and reflected in your student profile on the ICAI SSP Portal. Sometimes there is a delay in the system syncing these records.

• Check Portal Status: Ensure you have logged in using the credentials provided for your CA Intermediate registration. Navigate to the "Articleship" menu to initiate your application.

• Submit a Support Ticket: If the system is incorrectly blocking you despite having met all requirements, do not rely on public forums alone. Raise a formal grievance or ticket directly through the SSP Portal helpdesk. Document the error with a screenshot to provide clear evidence to the ICAI support team.

• Contact Your Regional Office: If you do not receive a resolution via the portal, contact your local ICAI Regional Office. They can manually check your profile status and guide you if there is a discrepancy in how your "Direct Entry" status is recorded.

• Official Documentation: Remember that Form 102 (the Deed of Articles) must be executed on a non-judicial stamp paper of the appropriate value. This form is kept by your Principal and is not submitted to ICAI. Only Form 103 is submitted officially via the portal, along with the required documents and the signed deed.
