It seems to be technical glitch. In some cases, the problem noticed...
Wait for 3/4 days, you may be able to download,,,,
Or you may file complaint afterwards...
I think the portal has become manual now and Infosys makes the acknowledgment receipts manually at back end.. Lol.. jokes apart.. it's a technical glitch...
