Unable to download copies of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B for F.Y.2017-18 to 2019-20 from portal.
Please advise what to do.

Unable to download gstr-1 for period 2017-18 to 2019-20

Contact to help desk GSTN number on GSTN portal .
Click view and then check inside.You will get option to download GSTR-1 Summary
Just select the period and download it. Generally you have to open form and then download it.
Click on return dashboard --> Select financial year and month --> Click on search
Then click on view option of either GSTR-1/3B , you will get the option to download GST returns
Then click on view option of either GSTR-1/3B , you will get the option to download GST returns
GSTR-3B downloadable without opening the form.
First need to click view then only download option can be seen
The querist is capable enough to understand your reply in one time, so please stop replying same thing multiple times on any query. There is nothing personal but its become very difficult to see every message again and again,
When querist actually have dout we didnt reach them as sometime your reply on same query is more than 10-12 times and we assume by deafult that you are replying.
I gave clearly with path . You should have avoided your reply again

Thanks everyone for your valuable replies, I have tried every option suggested by you, but unable to get the solution, on viewing the return it is unable to download the same in PDF format, portal did not give any response while clicking on download in pdf.
