Unable to decide on jurisdiction

I am trying to obtain new registration for a client. The office address has a pincode of 560020 (Bengaluru, Karnataka) .
But this is not available in the know your jurisdiction portal. I have raised the query with Gst redressal cell also.

Can someone guide me

It may happen. Once I was preparing a Way Bill but PIN Number was showing for a different state then what was actually is. Later I raised the query with the GST Officials ans the problem got sorted out.
