Unable t o upload VAT & CST E-RETURN

Dear Sir,

My Company Name is XXXXXX  I m unable to upload the Return of VAT & CST  from 1-7-2010 to 30-9-2010.
It Shows Error while uploading at your website. " Periodicity is not matching with Given Periodicity of the financial year 2010 - 2011 Six-monthly Quarterly "  It gets properly validated and it creats .rem file in My Documents .
We pay VAT & CST Return Quarterly.

IT SHOWS SAME ERROR WHILE UPLOADING CST & VAT .

Please Help !! its the last day today . I am unable to get you on your helpline since no one is picking up
