Udin tax audit

i have uploaded audit report without udin and the client has accepted it .
now i have updated the udin in the income tax site.
does the client has to give acceptance again?
pls advise

Udin should be updated while submitting audit report but in case you are unable to update then the udin shall be updated within 15 days, in that case client acceptance is not required again
