UDIN for 3CA/3CD AY 2021-22

I am not able to update UDIN for Audit of Companies Facing Error message "UDIN validation for this form failed. Please provide valid UDIN generated from ICAI portal for this form". I have checked UDIN on icai portal it is correct. So please give any solution for the same.
