u r exprience regarding articlship

I personally think that articleship though is a very integral part of the course, but LETS FACE IT, AT THE END OF THE DAY, WHAT UR ABLE TO WRITE IN THE 3 HOURS IN THE EXAM HALL IS ALL THAT COUNTS AND ONLY THAT WILL EARN U A DEGREE, It is UNFAIR that people who do dummy are treated AT PAR with people who struggle to put up the best during the articleship period (Some, no , MOST OF THEM DONT EVEN GET ANY APPRECIATION FROM THEIR PRINCIPAL FOR THE WORK DONE, JUST THE USUAL WORK PRESSURE AND BEING TREATED LIKE MACHINES), Articleship should be an overall training experience for the student and requires revolutionary changes. The entire concept needs to be revisited and should compulsorily include training in various fields like Income Tax 1 yr Compliance 6 m, Company Audits 1 yr and so on..What say Guys???

Revati u got 10 on 10 for  ur opinion.....  i m doin articleship from one of big four let me tell u its damn xhaustin and damn boring..........u just work ur ass off(seriously i mean it) in one service line wid no change no excitment nothin seriously dere shud be some time of rotation from tax to audit to finance to bring in love interest n dedication and kill the monotony..........  

guys seriously v need changes in current pattern of articleship...........and wid ban on transfer not being lifted  situations are gettin out of control and worst ever............biggest question hw to bring a change?????????????
