is it true..is UPA going to join UPA.....think of the situation if he becomes India's PM..!!!!!!!!

If he is joining politics then all the CA Students should exercise their vote and make sure that this person does not win because he has played with result. Best example is PE2 where the result was .25%.

He's talking abt the severely low pass % in the recent Pe2 exams. only 0.25% of the candidates had passed in both Grps.

 anyway Uttam P Agarwal has imersed the institute in a lottaf trouble......sure it wil take some time b4 ICAI gets normal....!!!!!

I think the rule of transfer has harassed a lot of students, but the decesion to remove option is a good one and it will increase competency.
