29 August 2018Hi just wanted to check consequences of typo errors in audit reports under Companies Act,2013 I had read an article from WIRC on the same but what is the consequences in case of a private limited company in which public are not substantially interested?

You may either revise the report or you may get notice in case caught for scrutiny depending on typo error
