Dear all, I have a query if anyone can help. Plz advice.
A cab taxj provider is billing B2C and charging 5% concessional tax rate so not claiming GST input of anything.
Now he wants to purchase a mobile, can he use his GST number for claiming Input and later he can charges 12% GST in some invoices.
After that he wants to bill on 5% rate again.

Quick Summary
In this case he can claim itc on mobile if he charges 12% GST on invoices. However if he switches again to 5% GST, then in this case, The ITC Claimed on Mobile will be disallowed and has to be reversed.
