Dear Govind, 

It is very simple to use in any M.S.Applications like, word, excel etc.,

First of all you have to select font name "Rupee foraddin" then you may type '~' symbol.

Here I am not able to add one more file named "Web Rupee" , if u want it, pl.give your mail id.
