TY Bcom & Articleship timeclash

I have appeared in SY Bcom exam.

My TY Bcom College timings are 8.00 to 11.00

Articleship timings are 11.00 to 6.00

Now is it posible to continue with CA after effect of new guideline??

As per new guideline there something like time to communicate? But what is that time??

Hi Amit & Gaurav,

It is not "time to communicate ". In fact it is "time to commute". In simple words, time to reach your office from college.
From what you have mentioned in your query,it seems your office and college are close to each other & hence there is no significant time for travelling. If this is the case, you are 100% safe and are complying with the ICAI guidelines. Just make sure in the form 112 you write your office hours starting from 11.00 a.m.
The form has to be sent to the institue before 30.9.2008.

i would like to know whether i should complete 15 months or 18 months' training before PCC exams or after it...

and how many leaves are granted throughout this period..
