Hi Amit & Gaurav,

It is not "time to communicate ". In fact it is "time to commute". In simple words, time to reach your office from college.
From what you have mentioned in your query,it seems your office and college are close to each other & hence there is no significant time for travelling. If this is the case, you are 100% safe and are complying with the ICAI guidelines. Just make sure in the form 112 you write your office hours starting from 11.00 a.m.
The form has to be sent to the institue before 30.9.2008.
