two types of licences

one of my friend having two regular GST licences one for engaged car for travel agency and another one for general stores.
now he want to change general stores license to composition scheme before March 19 is it possible

Whether those 2 registrations have been taken under the same PAN?

If Yes, then it's not possible to obtain composition registration as well as normal registration at the same time. Either of the one mode you have to choose for two businesses.
