Two times filing or ITR

First decide what is the correct income and tax liability and refund. Also please provide complete details as to which year you are talking about? If its for fy 2014-15 then refund processing takes time. When it is said that status is not determined means either return has not yet gone for processing or still in process. Once it is processed, you will get the details regarding the same

Secondly when was the itr filed? Was it filed after the due date or before the due date. 

Thirdly, you need to submit all the itr filed to Bangalore CPC.

Now if the original return is filed within the due date,I.e 7th September, 2015 in your case for FY 2014-15, then revise the return again and file the return with proper details.

If the original return is filed after due date then revise return cannot be filed. It can only be rectified u/s 154

Fy 2015-16 ? Or AY 2015-16. Fy 2015-16 has not even ended.

Now in case you need to revise the return and send all the itr to bengaluru. You can also everify your itr through netbanking or aadhar verification. If you everify the itrs, you need not send it to bengaluru, CPC.
